Self-Nurture Yoga
Ancient yoga philosophy defines one’s age not by a chronological number, rather by flexibility of one’s spine.
These classes focus on spine flexibility, stress release, and promotion of endocrine production to reverse the physical aging process.
What to wear/bring to class:
Loose clothing in which you can easily move.
The following are required items.
Water!!
Yoga mat
Strap (required for all students)
I keep a few spare in the studio, for temporary use.
Blocks, towels, and blankets are optional.
I do keep some towels and pillows for use,
if you find you need one.
